Role Description
Golden Homes is looking for driven, full-time REALTOR®/Salesperson to join our powerhouse team. Most individuals will not be selected as our team will only be full of like-minded, hard working, and disciplined people. This is an exclusive opportunity and our team is not for everyone. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting showings, crafting smart marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. This is your opportunity to grow alongside a proven team that truly has your back. Qualifications
• Proven sales ability with a talent for lead generation and closing
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience negotiating deals
• Creative thinker with marketing know-how
• Self-driven, reliable, and entrepreneurial mindset
• South Carolina real estate license required
• Knowledge of Hilton Head Island & Bluffton market is a plus
